Central Executive Committee (PAP) → PAP Central Executive Committee – Putting PAP in brackets is a bit odd. Am I the only one who thinks that? woo (talk) 03:05, 5 December 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. Adumbrativus (talk) 04:01, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
- Brackets are commonly used (and is among several methods recommended by policy) as a form of disambiguation, in this case from other central executive committees. So no, it’s not necessarily “odd”. S5A-0043Talk 12:56, 5 December 2024 (UTC)

- Oppose, at a quick look at the used sources, Central Executive Committee/CEC is used on its own. CMD (talk) 07:31, 8 December 2024 (UTC)
- Support move but unsure of the best new title. PAP is highly ambiguous, see PAP#Organizations which also links to People's Action Party (disambiguation). So I'm thinking that we can do better than the current title. (CEC and Central Executive Committee are also ambiguous of course, that should perhaps go without saying but I said it anyway.) Andrewa (talk) 08:05, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
- How does the new proposed title address your concern? It shifts PAP, which you state is highly ambiguous, into an even more prominent position. A support exacerbates the issue you cite. CMD (talk) 06:04, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
SupportMerge with People's Action Party- there are too many things that are ambiguous. Just one PAP article is enough. Besides, CEC has been used by many parties, not just the PAP itself. Sculture65 (talk) 07:15, 15 December 2024 (UTC)- Changed my initial pick from Support to Merge; one page is enough to detail PAP, much like other parties instead.
