This has to be some wind up or wishful thinking he is not in their squad at any level. West Ham would soon being broadcasting it. I have checked every programme for last season and this which includes two player profiles, one aged 16 and one aged 17, where if he had played for the US it would be there.REVUpminster (talk) 23:14, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Training camp is not enough to turn him into an American. When footballers are young they do the tour of clubs hoping to get taken on as professionals. Potts was at West Ham from the age of 6 playing 11 a side games from age 8. It was only the illness that slowed his developement. Beckham, Terry and many others attended West Ham camps even though they had their sights elsewhere.REVUpminster (talk) 20:38, 28 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is an official publication has his birthday, birthplace, medical history from his two bios 8 Jan 2011/ 7 August 2011 which is quite detailed. I am sure other sources are using them.
