  • Some sections could be forked from the main page. E.g. Primate anatomy, Primate conservation.
  • Relationship with humans: economic importance (they are crop pests, they are food (bushmeat) they are ecotourism draws (gorillas, lemurs)); their importance as disease vectors, their importance in culture Hanuman, Infinite monkey theorem, the Mayan Howler Monkey Gods, Ebu Gogo and Monkey#Relationship with humans.
  • Conservation status: what is being done - the conservation work started to protect primates.
  • Interspecific associations: provides three examples of similarish interactions, but misses out examples of interactions with non-primates (like Axis Deer and Hanuman Langurs.
  • Communication and cognition: needs expansion, currently only covers pheromones. Needs to mention howlers, what is communicated, maybe laughter could be brought back into this section. What is the extent of non-human primate cognition? What research has been carried out?
  • Role in scientific research: background of primate studies.
  • Evolutionary trends?

  • More on fossil finds, from which geological periods.
