so, was he a Turk, or Hungarian?
[edit]There are different references claiming different things. A person cannot be a Turk of "Hungarian descent" ... was he captured and pressed into Ottoman service? If so, how did he come to arrive in Central Asia? The citation of the "notes" claiming Hungarian origin is unreachable and was not archived by the editor who used it. IMO, the best course would be just to remove the "Hungarian descent" statement until a more stable source can be found. Anyone with a different opinion? Magyars and Turks are different nationalities. 50.111.61.157 (talk) 00:23, 24 January 2019 (UTC)
