Radio Stunts

What about removing this category, doesn't seem too encyclopedic to me. LilDice 20:34, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

Many people know Richard Christy for these stunts, and they're all true. I think they should stay. MGlosenger 22:57, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Well he is notable because he is a personality on the show. But just because his stunts are funny doesn't mean that they are also notable (unless someone else writes about them...) LilDice 01:09, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
I forgot about the fact that the information should be verifiably notable.. and even so, I wouldn't remember most of those stunts unless I had my memory refreshed by the article. A quick search on Google of some unique-keyword-having stunts turns up nothing. Bummer, some of those are pretty funny and/or surprising. MGlosenger 04:31, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
I know it's a bummer and I'm not trying to pick on this particular article. There are other articles like the Opie and Anthony article that are just filled to the brim with stuff like this. Probably the right thing to do would be to pick a few and integrate them into the main body of the article. LilDice 12:27, 29 December 2006 (UTC)

His stunts are what he's best known for on the show! All the ones with dates can be verified on the site marksfriggin.com, when I have a minute I'll add a notes section to say that.Hoponpop69 19:28, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

This is an encylopedia, not a list of funny stuff Richard Christy does. The article doesn't need to be overly verbose about every time he sticks something up his ass. It's fine to list some well-known stunts, but not every time he takes his pants off. And unfortunately marksfriggin doesn't count as a source, though the show rundowns do (even if they aren't 3rd party which would be ideal)LilDice 19:32, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
Unfortunately this and several other Cast and Wack Pack Pages are written as running commentaries about everything he's done. Take a look at Eric the Midget for what I've done using the rundown as references. I would add Mark's friggin on as the 2nd reference, but not the lone. As far as I know Mark's Friggin is at least writing their own independent summaries. I was trying to go through and start cleaning the cites up, then maybe re-organize the cast and wack pack as a summary of their best bits. I would trim down Richard's radio career to read sections for Song parody (including playing with Audiobooks) since that is how he came ot the show's attention, Nude bits (Him and Sal and Him solo), Crank Calls with Sal, Cleaniness and his dad in Kansas . I'm not sure about including his limited standup, or if his screwing with the wack pack on trips is notable.(Optigan13 04:49, 9 February 2007 (UTC))

Vandalism

Someone wrote this: At this same time, Christy, by his own admission, first began to exhibit the retard-strength for which he would become famous. Note the phrase "retard-strength"; it's obviously vandalism. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.225.86.73 (talk) 22:03, 1 July 2009 (UTC) This is the vandalism: http://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Richard_Christy&diff=293373303&oldid=292179649 The user's name is (I believe) The New Mikemoral —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.225.86.73 (talk) 22:11, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

Older stuff

Dude, what the fuck is your problem? What's wrong with the cheesecake information? It's true.

Heeeeeeeeeyyyy I like cheeeeeeeesecake with beer. Foday 02:11, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

needs more information on his music career he is an accelent drumer and thius should be covered more than what it is curently please tell theres a better picture for him than that. Hiiiiii, Richard! ^^ he's an EXCELLENT drummer, not accelent, and who put that the stern show is broadcast on XM satellite radio..? Should there be a section about his fascination with Halloween and horror to the point that he listens to a sounds of Halloween CD each night while falling asleep (what is the name of the CD,) is planning on taking a US tour of haunted houses for his vacation, and is an avid horror movie buff (like he is with porn)? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.43.111.208 (talk) 22:16, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
