The cited source seems to have a contradiction... He states he was born in Dugoed Bach. This is a small cottage on the outskirts of a village called Mallwyd. It is, and always has been in Meirionnydd. I don’t know why the Then and Now book says Montgomeryshire, but it’s not the correct location for the house where he states he was born. We currently live at Dugoed Bach, and there is extensive evidence for the Vaughn’s living here, including a carved stone left by Robert before he departed. I can only presume an editor of the book altered the location incorrectly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.156.77.95 (talk) 22:09, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
