Edits on Art Pope

[edit]
Someone has posted to WP:BLPN regarding your edits on Art Pope.
Several issues you may want to read up on; the Wikipedia BLP policy WP:BLP which states if posting controversial information about a living person, your sources must be impeccable. The Tarheel may be very informative, but its still only a student newspaper (plus letters to the editors are never acceptable).
In your more recent edits you are using Caffeinated Rage, which appears to be a blog, written by someone under a pseudonym. Again, not a WP:RS.
In addition, you are what is known in Wikipedia as "edit warring" If you make an edit, and someone reverts you, you must follow WP:BRD- that is, discuss it on the talkpage of the article, not continue to try and force your edit through. If you do, you could end up blocked, and the page will be protected so noone gets to edit it. Curdle (talk)

You have been told numerous times not to add controversial information to a BLP (in this instance Art Pope), unless it is from an impeccable source. You have repeatedly cited a blog as a reliable source. Could you please explain why you keep re-inserting the edit? Thanks. Giraffer (munch) 15:42, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
