Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Sharing economy. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. Adding references can be easy

Hello! Here's how to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain the Wikipedia policy of verifiability.

Adding well formatted references is actually quite easy:

While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "Cite". Click on it.
Then click on "Templates".
Choose the most appropriate template and fill in as many details as you can. This will add a well formatted reference that is helpful in case the web URL (or "website link") becomes inactive in the future.
Click on Preview when you're done filling out the 'Cite (web/news/book/journal)' to make sure that the reference is correct.
Click on Insert to insert the reference into your editing window content.
Click on Show preview to Preview all your editing changes.

Before clicking on Save page, check that a References header ==References== is near the end of the article.
And check that {{Reflist}} is directly underneath that header.

7. Click on Save page. ...and you've just added a complete reference to a Wikipedia article.

Look, this is the deal

I appreciate your enthusiasm for editing Frederick Achom and I like building this encyclopedia as much as the next person and maybe I am just down to my last nerve but your choice of words and your tone at Talk:Frederick Achom in referring to editing the accompanying article strike me as somewhat unfortunate. The recent constant drumbeat (apparently directed only to me) of "Please consider removing all referencing..." & "Please consider including some reference..." & "Please consider editing the text or removing the citation or both..." & "Please remove this sentence or edit..." & "Suggest to remove any reference to..." & "Suggest to edit the text to mention..." If you think the article needs to be changed/improved/adjusted, if you think references are indeed misleading then feel free to have at it and do it yourself. Managing a conflict of interest
