Notability of Pan African Student Association

I have deleted the article which suffered from other problems as well. First it is very close to spam and was not written in an encyclopedic tone. Moreover, most of the content was copied from the PASA website with no assertion of permission. Please read WP:ORG for a rough outline of the sort of articles that will be kept on Wikipedia.
