Yes, that [[Special:Contributions/2604:2d80:4c89:1a00:b979:9e:b6d0:c7a1/67|IP range's user]] has no clue what's going on, is engaging in kinda fringe (or at least POV) original research, and is bordering on edit warring.  But [[User talk:2604:2D80:4C89:1A00:B979:9E:B6D0:C7A1|I'm not seeing where anyone has explained things to them]], and when they tried to ask for a reason, you reverted it and gave them a final warning?
