It's easier to me to translate from english to portuguese than do the contrary... 
Here in Brazil the Basil Brush Show is only seen in cable, and I wished the show would be exhibited in open TV, cause, then, it would be, I don't know how to say, "lançado" in DVD. The shrewd plan is, to suggest in the site of a Tv Channel, here from São Paulo, the transmission of the show. Obviously, the message could not be in english, so that I would write it in portuguese, with respective translation to you, guys. All you task would be to post it in the site with your e-mail. It would be an "acuerdo de caballeros" between us, and I would to pay this favour if I can.
