I could not find any other source with this information. No videos on youtube, nothing on google when I type in Eoin Byrne, and even the World athletics site still says Noah Ngeny is the world record holder still. What is even weirder id in the section "top 25 times ever run" on the same page it shows Noah Ngeny as the fastest athlete. I also could not find Eoin Byrne as an athlete on the World athletics site.
