This section is badly supported by peer-revied studies (and no meta-analyses) and the few references adduced are misleading and do not even directly address the issue in question, the relationship of dissociation to mindfullness/meditation (they are about PTSD/dissociation/psychotherapy in general). It is also conceptually confused as the meditative high technically IS dissociation. undo
