The former "Common law jurisdictions" section claimed good faith only existed in civil law jurisdictions and not common law jurisdictions with no citations. Changed title to "Modern Jurisprudence" for future expansion on both current civil and common law jurisdiction explanations, if warranted. Added citations. This is easily seen by substituting AD with the English: "in the year of our lord 1215" works, but "in the year of our lord 13th century" doesnt. The AD here isn't even needed at all, if anyone wishes to remove it altogether undo
