It was a multinational trading center with a predominance of Ilmen Slavs. 2. Novgorod and Kyiv were not founded by Scandinavians. This contradicts archeology and written sources. 3. Ibn Rusta did not mention the Swedes anywhere in his work. 4. In written sources there is not a single mention of Mongolian slave markets in Novgorod.
