Not sure what sources we should accept for 'Bulgarian army dug for extraterrestrial on advice of psychics', but Vagabond magazine seems a stretch. I am very worried that *none* of the sources here are in Bulgarian. Tsar is equal to Emperor and is higher than the king title.
