Trident II test articles have GPS capability added to assist with measuring INS accuracy/drift. An undeveloped Trident II variant was proposed with modified Mk4 RVs with Mk5-sized MaRVs using onboard INS+GPS. However, operational Trident II missiles do not have onboard GPS capabilities! undo
