Unless a source mentions the subject of this article "Wealth tax" than it is disallowed WP:SYNTH to relate it to this topic. - A tax on INCOME derived from wealth (called capital gains in the US) is a tax on INCOME, not on wealth. Also, inheritance tax (which occurs ONCE on inheritance) is not the same as an yearly tax on wealth. undo
