  • curprev 03:3503:35, 30 August 2023 Alsee talk contribs 68,258 bytes −489 Removed Xinhua Chinese state news agency from the lead. #1 usage of Xinhua News is restricted per RSN concensus. #2 we don't actually cite any content from the article other than generic claim of criticism. #3 Apparent failed WP:Verification, the article doesn't actually criticize WhiteHelmets it merely reports on a Russian PR-event saying Russians criticized them (and reports that event described as propaganda). #4 Even IF we were to include this it does not remotely belong in the lead.
  • curprev 03:2303:23, 30 August 2023 Alsee talk contribs 68,747 bytes −377 Removed Mehr News from the lead. #1 the Iranian Govt agency isn't a reliable source. #2 we don't actually cite any content from the article other than generic claim of criticism. #3 the article rants about "Zionist imperial" war, backing up point 1 and possibly explains point 2. #3 Even IF we were to include this it does not remotely belong in the lead.
