I had noticed you had flagged [[:User:FsBrat]] as a puppet. I was pretty sick of the constant revers for [[Department of State]], [[United States Foreign Service]], etc. Tensions among Foreign Service, Civil Service, and others serving abroad is quite high and people like him/her don't help. The IP address resolves for most State traffic, even I have unknowingly posted on it when I'm at lunch and the login system has not worked. |
