TV Patrol Central Mindanao (which was later retitled as "TV Patrol Cotabato") began on June 7, 1999 as the flagship regional newscast of [[DXAI-TV|ABS-CBN Cotabato]] and also a replacement of Davao City-produced TV Patrol Mindanao (now [[TV Patrol Southern Mindanao]]).
