-The shows opens on a beautiful [[Sunday]] morning, with a senior citizen married couple, who are now in their 70's, living inside a senior citizen assistant living home together with terrible service, by the names of Sarah Wilson ([[Hope Summers]]) and her husband Henry Wilson ([[Arthur Peterson]]) driving out for breakfast, inside a beautiful white [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], with a [[bomb]] inside the trunk, set to go off at 5:00 p.m. in the evening, when they plan to drive through the Municipal County Courthouse together.
-Once they arrive at a restaurant, they decide to sit down, and order their usual breakfast together for the last time as husband and wife, before they kill themselves, now overhearing the gambler sports addicted fanatic Wilbur Sloane ([[Edward Walsh (actor)|Edward Walsh]]) and his rock and roll fan buddy Gregg Morton ([[Bob Delegall]]), plan on stealing the couple's car today for transportation.
-After Wilbur and Gregg finish eating there morning breakfasts, they now leave the restaurant, and walk outside they decide to take off, by [[stealing]] the senior citizen couples car anyways for transportation, to commit their daily [[armed]] [[robberies]], and pay there bookies.
-Sarah and Henry now have call the police immediately, to report their white [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]] was stolen by two convicted felons by a Caucasian named Wilbur and an African-American named Gregg.
-Both Starsky and Hutch are driving inside, Starsky's brand new red/white souped up [[1976]] [[Ford Torino]], which is there new unmarked police car, to go have their daily morning breakfasts, and takes some of their morning calls for daily duties, and cases.
-Wilbur and Gregg now decide to get money by stopping to commit [[armed]] [[robbery]] inside a liquor store, Wilbur now decides to kill the clerk ([[Tony Roberts (actor)|Tony Roberts]]), and Gregg decides to knock out another liquor store clerk by the name of Huey ([[Erik Kilpatrick]]), for trying to call the police on them for armed robbery today.

-After putting Geoffrey in Starsky's car, and spotting Wilbur and Gregg driving inside a stolen [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], they give a very short police chase, after losing them, and knocking out Geoffrey temporary. After arriving on the spot of the crime at liquor store, Starsky is now eating a free chocolate candybar, taking with Huey for some answers about the suspects, Hutch now comes insides, and asks Starsky to come outside to meet a witness ([[Don Rickles]]) who was buying a gift for his wife, and more answers on suspects, now to loan Starsky a pen to write down information about their stolen car.
-Starsky and Hutch now arrive at the assistant living home to talk with Sarah and Henry Wilson about their stolen car, they now find out there was bomb planted inside the trunk of the [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], is actually set to go off at 5:00 p.m. in the evening, when plan to kill themselves. Hutch now calls headquarters to report a special section code, when there's a bomb set to go off at 5:00 p.m. inside the trunk of the stolen white [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], which can be very dangerous, now tells Starsky that they have to report to headquarters.

Hutch now orders two hot dogs for lunch from a consession stand, once they recieve a call on the police radio to go see two kids playing basketball, Hutch makes Starsky angry by throwing his hot dog away.
-They now go to the basketball court to meet Tony ([[Ray Vitte]]) and his buddy ([[Jimmie Walker]]), they now play a game of basketball for some answers about Wilbur and Gregg, and where they hang out. They now go to Marty's bar, to pretend make a bet on a basketball game, and arrest Marty ([[Tom Castronova]]) for betting two felons.
-They now arrive at gogo dancing bar, and pay a visit Wilbur's ex-wife Sally Ann Sloane ([[Suzanne Somers]]), for some information on Wilbur and Gregg, and find out Ed is Sally's cousin that runs an Auto Body Shop. While taking to Sally, Wilbur and Gregg take the tires off of Starsky's car. Once they walk out, Wilbur and Gregg run laughing, and get inside Starsky's, and try to take off, the tires now come off of Starsky's car.
-After getting towed into Ed's Auto Body Shop, to put the tires back on Starsky's car, they now find out from the [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], their looking for was actually repainted seafoam green today, and license plates have been change to [[Ohio]], they now used the police radio to call headquarters to issue a change of color and license plates.
-Now back at headquarters waiting for a call on the stolen green car, Wilbur and Gregg take car into a parking garage to go see a show. While going back to his desk Starsky steals Captain Dobey's [[hamburger]], which makes Captain Dobey very angry at Starsky. Now back in Captain Dobey's office, they now recieve a call from a parking attendtant after he spotted it.
-They now go to the parking garage with a police motorcycle escort, and Starsky manages to steal it, and drive it really fast as it can go following a police, now pushes it down a hill, and jumps in brushes, and watching it explode. Hutch now holding gun, waits for Wilbur and Gregg, Starsky arrives back on a police motorcycle, when Wilbur and Gregg come out, there now a little shootout where Hutch kills Gregg, and Starsky injures Wilbur by shooting him the shoulder, and then arresting on charge of [[grand]] [[theft]] [[automobile|auto]].
