The shows opens on a beautiful [[Sunday]] morning, with a senior citizen married couple, who are now in their 70's, living inside a senior citizen assistant living home together with terrible service, by the names of Sarah Wilson ([[Hope Summers]]) and her husband Henry Wilson ([[Arthur Peterson]]) driving out for breakfast, inside a beautiful white [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], with a [[bomb]] inside the trunk, set to go off at 5:00 p.m. in the evening, when they plan to drive through the Municipal County Courthouse together. |

Once they arrive at a restaurant, they decide to sit down, and order their usual breakfast together for the last time as husband and wife, before they kill themselves, now overhearing the gambler sports addicted fanatic Wilbur Sloane ([[Edward Walsh (actor)|Edward Walsh]]) and his rock and roll fan buddy Gregg Morton ([[Bob Delegall]]), plan on stealing the couple's car today for transportation. |

After Wilbur and Gregg finish eating there morning breakfasts, they now leave the restaurant, and walk outside they decide to take off, by [[stealing]] the senior citizen couples car anyways for transportation, to commit their daily [[armed]] [[robberies]], and pay there bookies. |

Starsky is now running after Geoffrey ([[Dave Shelley (actor)|Dave Shelley]]), who is now trying to resist arrest by trying to run away, Geoffrey is now stop by Hutch with the car, and is arrested. After arresting Geoffrey, they receive a call from the police radio, about a white [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]] being stolen, and the two men matching descriptions of two convicted felons, by the names of Wilbur Sloane and Gregg Morton, committed armed robbery at a liquor store. |

After putting Geoffrey in Starsky's car, and spotting Wilbur and Gregg driving inside a stolen [[1963]] [[Chevrolet Biscayne]], they give a very short police chase, after losing them, and knocking out Geoffrey temporary. Starsky and Hutch now arrive back at headquarters to talk with Captain Harold C. They now go to the basketball court to meet Tony ([[Ray Vitte]]) and his buddy ([[Jimmie Walker]]), they now play a game of basketball for some answers about Wilbur and Gregg, and where they hang out. They now go to Marty's bar, to pretend make a bet on a basketball game, and arrest Marty ([[Tom Castronova]]) for betting two felons. |

They now arrive at gogo dancing bar, and pay a visit Wilbur's ex-wife Sally Ann Sloane ([[Suzanne Somers]]), for some information on Wilbur and Gregg, and find out Ed is Sally's cousin that runs an Auto Body Shop. While taking to Sally, Wilbur and Gregg take the tires off of Starsky's car. Once they walk out, Wilbur and Gregg run laughing, and get inside Starsky's, and try to take off, the tires now come off of Starsky's car. |

Now back in Captain Dobey's office, they now recieve a call from a parking attendtant after he spotted it. |

They now go to the parking garage with a police motorcycle escort, and Starsky manages to steal it, and drive it really fast as it can go following a police, now pushes it down a hill, and jumps in brushes, and watching it explode. Hutch now holding gun, waits for Wilbur and Gregg, Starsky arrives back on a police motorcycle, when Wilbur and Gregg come out, there now a little shootout where Hutch kills Gregg, and Starsky injures Wilbur by shooting him the shoulder, and then arresting on charge of [[grand]] [[theft]] [[automobile|auto]]. |
