Comment Outstanding Educators of America was apparently a Who's Who kind of publication in the 1970s, rather than an "award" per se. XOR'easter (talk) 21:39, 9 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. This Google Scholar search shows articles with lots of citations, although the page doesn't show an h-index. Eastmain (talk • contribs) 15:59, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. Citations make a borderline case for WP:PROF#C1 and the Osborne award, training award, and Grove lifetime membership are all national-level recognitions counting towards #C2. Together they add up to a keep for me. —David Eppstein (talk) 06:22, 11 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
