Doesn't her title as "last Jew of Afghanistan" make her notable?
What makes Zablon Simintov, formerly believed to hold that title, a notable subject? What about Shimson Kleuger, the last Jew to live in Auschwitz, or Alfred Schreyer, the last Jew to live in Drohobych? Moonswimmer Mooonswimmer

- Comment As an additional thought about my suggested merge and redirect target, there are several civilians with articles, some currently listed in the See also section of the Civilian exodus section, such as Sharbat Gula and the Afghan Girls Robotics Team, that could be incorporated as prose.
