This person has been adding unsourced content, (with clear COI issues), on Kostiantyn Usov. See edit history of the page for details. Early on the page was created by Selykv, then mostly contributed to by Editor Usov, then moved to mainspace by Selykv. Today, I saw an edit to an article by a username which indicated a connection to the article, then noticed the nature of their edits and gave them a coi welcome. Upon brief inspection of the edit history, their connection to Selykv became clear and I gave them an agf-sock as well. At the end of this I added a further warning that any further edits from selykv or any other account of theirs besides Editor usov on the article would result in an SPI report, given that they had already done some things which could result in an SPI on their own, however since they might not have been aware of the policies, I decided to leave it at a very definite warning, and deleted much of the unsourced material (which comprised most of the article). They continued their adding unsourced content as if nothing happened, and subsequently were reverted and received a warning for unsourced additions. This was ignored, and they just reverted me and proceeded adding their unsourced content. And so then they scored another warning. After this, they promptly logged out (IP locates to Kyiv) and continued their editing. So I've now followed through with my promise I made to them earlier, and reported them here.

As an aside, Editor usov has also been busy on commons, reuploading images previously deleted due to lack of permission, whilst still not providing said permission. Obviously this isn't commons, but this does give some idea of their activities. Mako001 (talk) 15:00, 23 November 2021 (UTC)

• Editor usov is  Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely) to Selykv.  Behavioural evidence needs evaluation  No comment with respect to IP address(es) -- RoySmith (talk) 02:50, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
• It's certainly possible these are all the same person, but it's equally likely they're all just independent supporters of Kostiantyn Usov. Based largely on the thread at User talk:Editor usov, I'm going to close this with no action. -- RoySmith (talk) 15:29, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
