Keep - Because the image is not linked (by hyperlink or specified address) I feel it looses it's value as an advertisement since it provides no specific promotion to obtain the media for which it advertises. The image is well within the context of the article. I question the GFDL-presumed tag on this image; it appears to be a computer screen shot. The image is only used on the uploader's user page but not in any referenced way. The user has been absent since 2004 when he made a handful of edits, only one being to main space. If the user returns, the image could be undeleted and a proper informed license applied. +*Based on the information in the summary this is actualy only free for non-commercial use, not PD. As far as I can tell the non-free review thing never got off the ground, looks like the tag was added to the image, but it was never listed for discussion, so lising it here just in case rater than speedy it outright.
