This festival certainly occurred, no question about it. And the Between the Covers source is good coverage. The issue is, that's the only in-depth source provided, and the only one I could find in searches. Several mentions on Books, but like the other sources currently provided, they only show the existence of the booklet, and don't speak to the notability of the event itself.
