Based only on my own investigation, Quietstreams and Green light3 are {{possilikely}} - they use the same ISP, and each one consistently uses a mobile device with the same OS version but a different browser. ShodoSuzuki is {{possible}} to both based on network and geolocation. There was not enough to go on for a sleeper check, and all of the accounts that I did not name are {{IPstale}}. I suggest trusting your behavioural analysis for this report.
