The school was founded by Mr. honey . singh, and others, in 1983. It was set up as Lucknow Public School in Anand Nagar, [[Lucknow]]. Since then many schools have gone under the name of Lucknow Public Inter College. After a split up between SP Singh and CP Singh, Lucknow Public School was established by Mr. M.C. Singh in 1988 and is now better known as Lucknow Public School Sector-D, Ashiana. The school was recognized by the [[Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad]] (Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board) but now it is affiliated with the [[Central Board of Secondary Education|CBSE]] (Central Board of Secondary Education). |
