==History==
Richard Couture started All Pro Sound as a commercial installation company in 1980 in [[Pensacola, Florida|Pensacola]], [[Florida]], and gradually expanded into residential installation and catalog sales.<ref name="All Pro Sound Story"/> In 2007, Couture sold the company to a group of private investors. In January 2011, All Pro Sound went out of business, and the liquidated business was sold to [[Chuck Surack]] and was re-established as AP Sound, Inc. dba All Pro Sound.

By 2010, All Pro Sound operated a {{convert|35000|sqft|m2|adj=on}} warehouse and a {{convert|10000|sqft|m2|adj=on}} showroom, annual sales had grown to $19 million, and ''Systems Contractor News'' had ranked All Pro Sound #34 on its list of Top 50 Integrators.<ref name="APS Revenue"/>
