I agree with the post below. Who am I? Look at my IP address. The majority of the users behind this address are high school kids (UK ages 11 - 16). Nobody uses this connection to contribute anything to Wikipedia, myself included, and it therefore should be blocked. |

This may be a shared IP as is mentioned immediately below, but I have never seen a non-vandalizing contribution from this IP. I believe it is exclusively used by vandals. It should be permanently banned. Just now I had to fix an undetected vandalism by this user dating from 15 February 2006. I shudder to think how much undetected vandalism is contributed by this IP address alone.
