Orgestcatdecade is used to create categories of the form "Organizations established in the YYY0s" or "Organizations disestablished in the YYY0s", where YYY0s is a 4-digit decade.
e.g.
It is not for use on other types of categories, e.g.
- Category:Religious organizations established in the 1860s
- Category:Sports organizations disestablished in the 1990s
The template creates navigation tables and puts the page into the correct parent categories
