Should we add 11,500 links to PubMedCentral in existing (paywalled) citations? I think you may be interested because you helped with OAbot in the past. I've already linked the discussion from [[Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Medicine#11k open access articles to be linked]], please help make sure that it's clear enough and that it's notified in the relevant places. Welcome!
Hello, Lauren maggio, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}}
on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- Your first article
- Biographies of living persons
- How to write a great article
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Help pages
- Tutorial
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!--Mishae (talk) 16:19, 4 November 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for the hepatitis reference. I'll look at Schiff's. I've been looking for freely available review articles to use as my primary sources but imagine a more comprehensive text might also be helpful. Emhawkins (talk) 18:18, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
re: Potential useful information resources
[edit]Hi Lauren! I was thinking about fiction and non-fiction books where depression is the main subject or theme (ex. The Noonday Demon by Andrew Solomon). Given the bit of controversy around adding another section to an article that is already high quality, I will make that my second project, after editing and revamping the white blood cell article. Thank you for the advice about resources to check out! LaurenSMS4 (talk) 16:14, 24 November 2013 (UTC)

Hello, Lauren maggio!
Having an article declined at Articles for Creation can be disappointing. If you are wondering why your article submission was declined, please post a question at the Articles for creation help desk. If you have any other questions about your editing experience, we'd love to help you at the Teahouse, a friendly space on Wikipedia where experienced editors lend a hand to help new editors like yourself!
