In Garh More, the Balouch And Syed And are in majority. The other main tribes of Garh More are Khral ,Sabana Sial, Hasnana sial, Gazar, Malana Sial, Jutt, Chishti , Khokhar,Qureshi, Bhatti and Balouch. The majority of the people in Garh More are native speakers of Punjabi (jhangochi) language, more than 90 % population is Punjabi speaking, Urdu is also widely spoken after the partition (1947). The medium of education is Urdu and English
