Hello, RuleOfThe9th. Here is a link that will tell you about user access rights. The specific one that I have been granted is rollback. That page explains rollback and there is a section on how to apply. If you need more info you can leave a message on my page or use the {{Talkback}} template. Really? Sorry, I didn't know that from the first place. However, 7472u3 has been missing since December 9, 2009. He was quite active during his short-term tenure in Wikipedia, and he was one of the official editors of the Project Class:Airline project.
