Werdnabot automatically archives sections on this page that are older than 7 days. The age of a section is determined by its most recent timestamp (sections without a timestamp will not be archived). All archived sections are listed here, by size. When an archive reaches 256 kB, a new one is created. The current archive is Archive 1. A list of all archives is here. |

Keep editing!
[edit]Hey Brad you should keep contributing to Wikipedia. An intelligent person like yourself has a lot to add even if only through simple edits. I'm not forcing you to learn the ins and outs of Wiki markup but even without knowing the advanced workings of Wikipedia you could still contribute a lot to a handful of articles (especially ones that deal with your interests). Keep editing man! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Wfisher (talk • contribs) 21:18, 6 January 2007 (UTC).
A tag has been placed on page name requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Wikimancer* 02:09, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
HIRC Notability, Cleanup
[edit]Hi there. I've been tagging the hirc article because im concerned that the article doesnt directly assert why the organization is notable. While it does clearly establish that the group exists, there isnt a clear case, or at leas wasn't when i tagged it, that the group is notable or does notable things. Wikipedia editrs have established guidelines for inclusion at WP:N and WP:ORG as to what makes a subject worthy of being included; generally it requires nontrivial news coverage of the subject. Once the article satisfies that requirement, I'll be fine with its notability. Mystache (talk) 18:05, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Harvard NMUN logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Harvard NMUN logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
