{{unblock reviewed|1=I did not make any definitve claims about Reuters, all I wanted to do was to try and open a discussion or debate about Reuters' take on the Israel/Palestinian conflict, on which I strongly suspect it of being pro-Israel, not because it was founded by a Hebraic person, but rather because it seemed to have a slant during the recent 2008-2009 Gaza conflict. This is the exact same thing that the President of Turkey was saying recently, he is a man of strong conviction. Also see this interesting statement by Tzipora Menache. :I don't know why the Swedish diocese part is more relevant, it is likely not, since we are to assume that the SSPX and the diocese are really two separate and likely conflictual entities, which would disagree on almost anything else anyways. However the fact that Father Schmidberger did condemn Williamson is relevant, since on other relevant matters they have been on same side and otherwise fought the same battles. Please read my posting more carefully. I did not say the diocesis part is more relevant than Schmidberger but just as relevant (though I may grant you that it is slightly less important than the two SSPX superiors' comments). And it is a fact that it has distanced itself. Also the Swedish superior has also distanced himself. And yes, Schmidberger is relevant he is therefore included - though not by name. What is not relevant is quoting Schmidberger verbatim. I hope your silence on the other matters means agreement. thank you for creating Pontifical Academy for Life. Cheers, Kingturtle (talk) 20:48, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
You copied my comments and your responses to my Talk Page so that there was the original here and an exact duplicate on my Talk Page. That way lies madness. It's acceptable to respond to comments and questions that are placed on your Talk Page or to copy them as you did to the other editor's Talk Page as you did. Moving the conversation to the author's Talk Page makes sense when you wish to keep your own Talk Page tidy and don't want it cluttered up with a lot of discussions. For my part, I find that kind of tidying up not worth the effort. Making two copies of a discussion, however, is crazy-making as it would require me to respond on both pages or ignore one of them. I have deleted my edits and yours from this Talk Page and responded to you on my Talk Page. Let's continue the conversations there.

Traditions of the Church
If you were just making sure that I saw your response, thank you but that was unnecessary. Like many editors, I have set my preferences to watch any page that I edit and that automatically includes User Talk pages so I would have seen your responses on my Watchlist sooner or later. Even if I didn't have that preference set, it would be my responsibility to come back here and check for a response.

If you want to restore the Catholic Church to traditional values, finding a way to keep child molestors out of the priesthood would be a good start. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 19:32, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
Of course, you are completely free to make two copies of conversations if you really wish to. I just wanted to point out that doing so was unnecessary and that many editors would find the practice curious and, as I said, crazy-making.

:The ugly truth is that a HUGE percentage of molestors are also gay. Therefore we have got a BAN on all gay seminarians, see for example Instruction Concerning the Criteria for the Discernment of Vocations with regard to Persons with Homosexual Tendencies in view of their Admission to the Seminary and to Holy Orders.
