In 2016, BTR went bankrupt, the site is currently offline and the company has filed for bankruptcy<ref name=techvibe>http://www.techvibes.com/blog/beyond-the-rack-files-for-creditor-protection-2016-04-06</ref> |

After bankruptcy, the company failed to fullfill thousands of orders or refund any of its customers. The company was sold and rebranded BTR and refused to fulfill the previous brands orders or refund any of its former customers. BTR offered its customers a twenty dollar credit to maintain its customer base. This has since caused most of its customers to jump ship. Beyond the Rack is struggling to maintain sales to this day and is not able to maintain steady suppliers. BTR's downfall was the inability to process and ship orders in a timely manner, sell products that they physically had not obtained and sell sub par product advertised as top brand or designer. |
