[[Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation|UPSRTC]] has direct bus services from New Delhi to Bidhuna. Town is well connected with the major cities in the states like [[Kanpur]] (frequent via Bela), [[Delhi]] (frequency is less), [[Agra]], Lucknow.

It has frequent services of private buses between Bidhuna and [[Etawah]] via Bharthana; between Bidhuna and Chhibaramau via Saurikh; and less frequent service of buses between Bidhuna and its district Auraiya.
