David Lifschitz is a multilingual actor. Known for his roles as Manuel Díaz in the German series Der König von Palma, as Tomás in the English series Snatch [1] and Loco in the Netflix series Undercover[2]
Early life
[edit]Born in France to a Dutch mother and an Argentinian father. He spend his youth between The Netherlands and Argentina, and finally settled down in Spain.
Career
[edit]Thanks to his moving around and being raised in different languages he´s able to work in different languages. English, Dutch, Spanish, Catalan and German.
David ventured into the world of acting at the age of 10. After performing in various amateur theater productions in the Netherlands he moved to Argentina and his passion was put aside for a few years.
When he graduated from high-school he studied psychology in Buenos Aires but in his second discovered it was not fulfilling him. After traveling around South, Central and North America for a few months he returned to the Netherlands where he´d left 10 years earlier. He spend the next 5 years there and than finally decided to move to Spain.
His first big role came in the form of Manuel Díaz, the antagonist in the German series, Der König von Palma[3].
He has also ventured into directing and writing with his short film Oleuba which won the best actor award at the Memorables Film Festival in Madrid[4]
