He studied accounting and finance at Leeds university and graduated in 2002 and began his career by joining the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development as part of the Asian projects funding team. From 2004 to 2008 he worked as Investment Manager at Global Investment House in Kuwait.

Since 2008 he manages his family business, which is centrally administered in a Single Family Office - Alea Global Group. His family's business began by trading with physical commodities. Until today commoditiy trading remains a crucial part of the firm's activity, while Mohammad al Duaij began to follow other business opportunities, too. Today, Alea Global Group is conglomarate with a globa-spanning network of direct investments in real estate and private equity, and offers financial and investment advisory services.

Besides his activity as CEO and partner, he is organizer and host of the Middle East Family Office Investment Summit, a twice-yearly gathering in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Family Offices, either from the Middle East or with an interest in the region follow his invitation to gather for two days to network and initiate business cooperations. The event generally attracts a high number of C-level executives and influential decision-makers from the Gulf. Participation in the conference is by invitation only.

Mohammad Al Duaij (born 1980) is a Kuwaiti businessman, entrepreneur and speaker.[1][2] He became the chief executive officer of Alea Global Group in 2008.[3]

He studied accounting and finance at Leeds University and graduated in 2002 and began his career by joining the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development as part of the Asian projects funding team.
