In [[The Damned (The Walking Dead)|The Damnend]], while in a battle, Dillon is attempting to flee the Satellite Outpost with other Saviors, but is forced to surrender to the Militia remarking that "living sounds good" after being surrounded. He encourages his fellow Saviors to surrender as well. He is chained with several other Saviors in [[Monsters (The Walking Dead)|Monsters]] and being transportedto the Hilltop Colony. On their way a walker attack occured. His fellow Savoirs who are chaine together with him attend to flee in the panic, but he refuses and remembers them that the Militia has guns andy they don't. After succsesfuly brought there he asks [[Jesus (The Walking Dead)|Jesus]] what the colonist of the Hilltop are building inside. He is then imprisonend with the other Saviors and [[Gregory (The Walking Dead)|Gregory]]. He than stops Jared, a Savior who has trying to flee several times before, from free himself because he doesn't want any trouble.
