m The meaning of the word Sapiens is critical . The current version, like most of our governance systems based on strategic engineered instrumental outcome foci misses the difference between instrumental "knowledge" i.e. how to get from A) to B) and Wisdom i.e. making meaning of the the implications and consequences of various choices and actions. The term homo sapiens thus describes our species quite accurately.
