Hello, Laurawallace799. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Bond".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply Draft:Bond and remove the db-afc, db-draft, or db-g13 code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! <!-- Template:Db-draft-notice --><!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> <span style="color: navy">Squeeps10</span> <sup><span style="color: maroon">Talk to me</span></sup><sub><span style="color: darkgreen">My edits</span></sub> 19:23, 15 May 2020 (UTC)

November 2020
Hello Laurawallace799. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are <u>required</u> by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Laurawallace799. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. License tagging for File:Cassidy Turley logo.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Cassidy Turley logo.gif. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:05, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You're Nobody 'til Somebody Kills You

[edit]

Hi, Laura. I moved the film article to You're Nobody 'til Somebody Kills You. Since there is no song article with a similar title and no other article with a similar title, we do not need to have "(film)" in the film article's title. I changed the note at the top of the film article to point to the Notorious B.I.G. album that has the song of a similar name. Let me know if you have any questions! You can edit this section and reply to me below. You can leave your signature by typing four tildes (~) at the end of your message. Erik (talk | contribs) 15:48, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Laurawallace799, I deleted the plot text you added to the film article because it was copied from copyrighted material without any apparent permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. In the case of the plot line, it is best to create it in your own words using the actual film as your source. Info at WP:FILMPLOT and Wikipedia:How to write a plot summary provides some helpful tips. CactusWriter (talk) 16:45, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Laura, here is an example of writing in your own words based on a reference. At Dark Shadows (film), there is this writeup: "In 1752, the Collins family sails from Liverpool, England to North America. The son, Barnabas, grows up to be a wealthy playboy in Collinsport, Maine and is the master of Collinwood Manor. He breaks the heart of a witch, Angelique Bouchard, who turns him into a vampire and buries him alive. In 1972, Barnabas is freed and returns to find his manor in ruin. It is occupied by dysfunctional descendants and other residents, all of whom have secrets." It is based on this reference. It uses the same information but is written in new words. Draft:Bond concern

[edit]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Bond, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:27, 16 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Bond

[edit]

Hello, Laurawallace799. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Bond".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the db-afc, db-draft, or db-g13 code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Laurawallace799. The template Paid can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: . If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Praxidicae (talk) 20:02, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:UBQ Thermoplastic Pellets.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:UBQ Thermoplastic Pellets.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --TheImaCow (talk) 16:15, 6 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
