Matthew Randazzo was the Vice President of the now defunct Olympic Animal Sanctuary in Forks, WA.

Many people were concerned about the welfare of the dogs housed at the sanctuary. Former volunteers who worked at the sanctuary, complained to the city officials. They stated, there were dogs living in horrendous conditions. They submitted dozens of photos taken inside the sanctuary. The photos showed a large number of dogs living inside small travel crates stacked on top of each other, with no access to food or water.
The Forks Police department investigated the volunteer's complaints. After the police investigation, the City Officials failed to take any action regarding the conditions inside the sanctuary, in spite of the fact the Forks Police Department investigation found the conditions were consistent with the complaints submitted by the former volunteers.

Emails sent to Matthew about the conditions at the sanctuary have been unanswered and he has remained silent about the concerns expressed for the dogs that were housed at the sanctuary.
