It would still be a good idea to explain in this article why the building is named the "Simmons" building and in the Jake Simmons article to say that he built or occupied or whatever the connection the historic Escoe building. - I see you created a Jake Simmons Jr. article. It would still be a good idea to explain in this article why the building is named the "Simmons" building and in the Jake Simmons article to say that he built or occupied or whatever the connection the historic Escoe building.
