Orphaned references in 564th Missile Squadron

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 564th Missile Squadron's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Watkins":

  • From 381st Training Group: Watkins, pp. 66–67
  • From 457th Air Expeditionary Group: Watkins, pp. 100–101
  • From 485th Air Expeditionary Wing: Watkins, pp. 120–121
  • From 510th Missile Squadron: Watkins, pp. 62-63
  • From 398th Air Expeditionary Group: Watkins pp. 84-85
  • From 565th Strategic Missile Squadron: Watkins, pp. 78-79
  • From 306th Flying Training Group: Watkins. pp. 56–57
  • From 491st Bombardment Group: Watkins, pp. 118–119
  • From 446th Operations Group: Watkins, pp. 90–91
  • From 389th Strategic Missile Wing: Watkins, Robert (2008). Battle Colors: Insignia and Markings of the Eighth Air Force in World War II. Vol. Vol I (VIII) Bomber Command. Atglen, PA: Shiffer Publishing Ltd. pp. 78–79. ISBN 0-7643-1987-6. {{cite book}}: |volume= has extra text (help)
  • From 548th Strategic Missile Squadron: Watkins, pp. 70-71
  • From 490th Bombardment Group: Watkins, pp. 116–117
  • From 556th Strategic Missile Squadron: Watkins, pp. 74-75
  • From 447th Air Expeditionary Group: Watkins, pp. 92–93

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 20:19, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Dear bot. You are probably confused because Watkin's books are a multivolume work and "Warkens" can refer to any volume. Lineagegeek (talk) 23:14, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
