Was Lovell Rousseau a colonel of this regiment or the 3rd?--mrg3105 (comms) ♠09:57, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes he was. Thomas E. Bramlette was the first colonel of the 3rd Kentucky Volunteer Infantry.
