== 8 passengers? ==

So, what is the seating arrangement for this vehicle?

front-middle-rear
*3-3-2?
*2-3-3?

Which one could it be? The Chrysler marque hasen't had any models with a front bench seat since the discontinuation of the Concorde.

Two options: 2+3+3=8, or 2+2+3=7 (captains chairs in the second row.) The Aspen is based on the same platform as the Durango, and the seating arrangement is most likely the same.
(Note: Until the last years of production, the Durango sat 2 in the third row, making it typically a 7 passenger. A special order front row bench seat creating seating for 8 was available. Chrysler probably did not offer this.)

See:
http://www.dodge.com/durango/img/durango_interior.jpg and the promotional material on http://www.chrysler.com (which indicates an alternative 2+2+3 arrangement as an option)
