I have a ''community'' Creative Nomad II that everybody borrows. On Mac OS X Panther/Tiger/Leopard/Snow Leopard, we are able to access and use this device like an iPod, with the same abilities, sans copying iTunes ''protected'' content. Just wondering if this a freak happening between the ''community'' I loan this device to, or if this is intentional between Apple and Creative, and if it should be addressed in the article. |

When was it discontinued? The article says two different things.
The Creative NOMAD was a digital audio player (MP3 player) series created by Creative Technology, discontinued in 2005.
The Nomad line was discontinued in 2004.
- I haven't found any information that says "the NOMAD range was discontinued in 2004/5" . Creative's press releases make no mention of the NOMAD brand during 2004 [1] so I have assumed this is the year in which the brand was discontinued. --Pbeesley1989 10:44, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
- I am pretty sure from that production ceased by 2004, as I remember looking for firmware updates for it by then and finding out that no further were likely. Calum (talk) 17:32, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
